Our property is located in Tulum’s most secure gated community, specifically in the portal community of La Privada. We have taken extra measures to ensure your peace of mind while enjoying your stay. The entire community is fenced and gated, with the added protection of an electric fence and 24-hour security guards stationed at the entry point. Each traveler receives a personalized QR code for access, and our security protocols are strict.

Our location is both safe and ideally situated in the Aldea Zama district, which is the closest you can stay to the beach and still be in town. We’re just a 4-minute drive from the beautiful beach, where you can bask in the sun and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. If you’re in the mood for local shopping or exploring, the town center is just a 3-minute drive away.

Just across the street from our community gateway, you’ll find a cab rank, a small market and a pharmacy, making it incredibly convenient for your daily needs.

Enter our open-plan haven, radiant with natural light. The main living area on the first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a spacious and comfortable sofa with a connected flat-screen TV, a convenient traveler’s bathroom and a bedroom.

First floor:

Bedroom 1: featuring a king-size bed with separate full bathroom.

Bedroom 2: with 2 double beds, full en-suite bathroom, spacious closet.
Linen cupboard: equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
