This spacious 4-bedroom villa is located in La Privada, Aldea Zama—a secure and elegant gated community with 24/7 security, electric fencing, and cameras.
The 500 sqm home is designed for ultimate relaxation, with plenty of space for your group and private parking. The outdoor area features a large pool that’s deep and sunlit, plenty of sun loungers, and a shaded patio for lounging.
Inside, the open-plan design is bright and welcoming.

Check-in Time is noted as 3pm and check-out is 10am, but these can be flexible on request if there are no guests arriving/leaving on the same day.

The gated community provides entry to a spacious pool area, complete with sunbeds, restroom facilities, and a paddle court for your leisure.
We have a paddle court available upon request for guests, but please note you will need to bring your own rackets, balls, and other materials.
